Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be available under certain circumstances. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of payment and before we have submitted your application to the university.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Once we have submitted your application to a university, the service fee is non-refundable. Additionally, university application fees paid directly to institutions are not refundable through our service.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 10–15 business days.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be available if services have been partially completed. The refund amount will be calculated based on the services already rendered.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may suspend your account.
