CLI-GXNU Study Abroad in China

This Hangzhou-based non-degree track at Zhejiang University of Science and Technology pairs beginner Chinese with an introduction to robotics. Learners take 22 sessions each week—18 in comprehensive Chinese, listening and speaking, and reading, plus four in robotics theory and hands-on practice. The Chinese strand is aimed at absolute beginners and is not suited to students who already speak Mandarin. Published dates run across two terms (October 2026–January 2027 and March–June 2027).

Soochow University’s long-term Chinese-learning Program runs Monday–Friday with 16–20 hours of compulsory classes weekly plus optional courses for all proficiency levels. Students who meet requirements receive a course-completion certificate after one to two semesters in Suzhou.

It sits alongside an English-taught twin track so applicants can choose the medium that matches their target major pathway.

GoEast Mandarin’s online group classes cover HSK 1 through HSK 4+ over a published span of about 18 weeks. Learners progress in a structured remote cohort from elementary foundations toward intermediate proficiency.

OUC’s Short-term Chinese Language Program packs Mandarin immersion into four weeks in Qingdao. Learners strengthen core language skills in a coastal university environment. The short stay suits holiday or between-term study plans.
