Programs

Harbin Institute of Technology's Bachelor's in Civil Engineering is a four-year English-taught programme covering design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure. Students combine theory with collaborative, hands-on projects aimed at real-world engineering challenges.

SJTU's Undergraduate Engineering Cluster gives students a shared engineering foundation across fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Materials Science. The first 1.5 years are taken at the University of Michigan–Shanghai Jiao Tong University Joint Institute, after which students may continue there or transfer to another engineering school. Chinese language and cultural study are part of the international experience.
