This four-week onsite summer course at XJTLU in Suzhou builds Chinese from beginner through advanced levels, with weekday classes totalling about 60 hours. Cultural workshops, heritage lectures, and optional field trips sit alongside language study so you practise Mandarin in real settings. Classes start from five students and run 6–31 July 2026.

XJTLU’s Immersive Technopreneurship Summer School is an English-taught summer experience focused on technology-driven entrepreneurship and innovation rather than a standard language holiday course. Participants engage with practical startup and tech-commercialisation themes in the XJTLU environment.

Soochow University’s long-term Chinese-learning Program runs Monday–Friday with 16–20 hours of compulsory classes weekly plus optional courses for all proficiency levels. Students who meet requirements receive a course-completion certificate after one to two semesters in Suzhou.

XJTLU’s online Chinese Language Summer Course compresses guided Mandarin study into a short remote format (published as a two-week online option alongside the university’s wider summer language offerings). It suits learners who want Sino-British university teaching without travelling to Suzhou for the full onsite summer block.
