Eligibility

Language requirements depend on programme: applicants for Chinese-taught programmes must demonstrate Chinese proficiency; those for foreign-language programmes must meet BLCU’s foreign language admission requirements.

Applicants must first obtain a pre-admission notice from BLCU by submitting materials to [email protected]. Then they must apply via the China Scholarship Council’s Management Information System (http://www.campuschina.org) and be nominated by the Chinese embassy or consulate in their home country.
