Eligibility
Applicants must be foreign nationals, physically and mentally healthy, in good academic standing, and not receiving other scholarships simultaneously. They must meet admission requirements for their chosen program and provide proof of language proficiency: HSK 4 or equivalent for Chinese-taught programs; TOEFL or IELTS for English-taught programs.
