Confucius Institute Scholarship for Zhejiang Institute of Science and Technology

Eligibility

Open to non-Chinese nationals aged 16–35 (in-service Chinese language teachers may be up to 45 years old). Applicants must be physically and mentally healthy, have good academic performance, and demonstrate interest in Chinese language education and cultural promotion. Minimum language requirement is HSK Level 2.

Application

Applications open from 1 March annually via the Confucius Institute Scholarship website (cis.chinese.cn). Deadlines are 20 April (July intake), 20 June (September intake), 20 September (December intake), and 20 December (March intake). Candidates must apply through a recommending organisation and confirm acceptance with the receiving institution.
