Eligibility
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health, abide by Chinese laws and regulations, and demonstrate strong academic performance and moral conduct. HSK certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Application
Applications must be submitted by post between May and 30 June each year to the Education and Service Center for International Students, Dali University.
