Coverage/Benefits
The scholarship includes full scholarships (covering tuition, accommodation, and living expenses) and partial scholarships (tuition only). Living expense standards: RMB 1,200/month for undergraduates; RMB 1,500/month for master’s students; RMB 1,800/month for doctoral students.
Eligibility
Applicants must have excellent academic performance. Undergraduate applicants must be under 25 years old and hold an HSK Level 3 certificate. Master’s applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years old if applying from within China; doctoral applicants must hold a master’s degree and be under 40 years old if applying from within China.
Application
Applications are accepted from December to the end of February each year. Applicants submit written application materials to the School of International Education, in duplicate.

Undergraduate applicants must submit: application form; high school diploma and transcripts; passport copy; medical examination form; HSK transcript. Master’s applicants must submit: application form; university diploma and transcripts; two letters of recommendation from associate professors or above; research plan (≥800 words); medical examination form; HSK transcript; passport copy. Doctoral applicants must submit: application form; university diploma and transcripts; two letters of recommendation from associate professors or above; research plan (≥800 words); medical examination form; passport copy.
