DUT International Students Presidential Scholarship
Dalian University of Technology’s International Students Presidential Scholarship offers Full Scholarships (tuition, accommodation, and monthly stipend) and Partial Scholarships (tuition only) for bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD students. Full Scholarship stipends are CNY 1,200/month (bachelor), CNY 1,500/month (master), and CNY 1,800/month (doctor). Applicants must be under 25 (bachelor), 35 (master), or 40 (doctor). Overview
Dalian University of Technology’s International Students Presidential Scholarship supports outstanding international students pursuing bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD programmes. Two types are available: Full Scholarship and Partial Scholarship.
Coverage
Full Scholarship covers tuition, on-campus accommodation, and a monthly living allowance (CNY 1,200 for bachelor’s, CNY 1,500 for master’s, CNY 1,800 for doctoral students). Partial Scholarship covers tuition only.
Eligibility
Applicants must be international students admitted to or applying for a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD programme at Dalian University of Technology. Bachelor’s applicants must be under 25 years old; master’s applicants under 35; doctoral applicants under 40.
Application
Applications were accepted from December through the end of February. Applicants must submit completed application forms and required documents in duplicate to the School of International Education, Dalian University of Technology.

Degree-specific documentation includes notarised highest diploma and academic transcripts matching the target programme level; master’s and doctoral applicants must submit two academic recommendation letters; all applicants must submit a completed Physical Examination Form.
