Eligibility
Applicants must be full-time self-financed undergraduate international students enrolled for at least one year, abide by Chinese law and university regulations, have no disciplinary warnings or above, no absences exceeding 20 hours per semester, no failures in compulsory courses, no outstanding fees, and rank in the top 60% or better of their grade. Students in clinical internship are excluded.
Application
Applications are submitted within three months after the start of each academic year. Students apply in writing to their counselor, who verifies eligibility and forwards applications to the Overseas Education College Leading Group for evaluation, followed by university-level approval and public announcement.
