Overview
The scholarship is offered annually to 30 outstanding international students from Belt and Road countries. It supports language courses, undergraduate, and master's programmes. All taught programmes are open for application.
Coverage/Benefits
The scholarship provides RMB 6,000 per year for language and undergraduate students, and RMB 9,000 per year for master's students. It does not cover tuition, accommodation, health insurance, living allowance, airfare, or settlement allowance.

Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens from Belt and Road countries, in good health, and no older than 35 years.
Application
Applications are accepted annually from March 1 to June 30. Materials may be mailed or emailed to the School of International Education, Gannan Normal University.
Documents
Required documents include: passport front page; notarised highest education certificate (or enrolment certificate if currently studying) with Chinese or English translation; academic transcripts with Chinese or English translation; study or research plan in China (at least 500 words in English); Alien Physical Examination Form; and, for master's applicants, two letters of recommendation from professors or associate professors.
