Applicants must submit online via the CSC portal (www.csc.edu.cn/laihua) selecting category B and institution code 10657, then mail printed application forms and supporting documents to Guizhou University by 20 April 2017.

Required documents include the CSC application form, valid passport pages and photos, notarized highest academic qualification (with Chinese/English translation if needed), transcripts, 800-word study plan, two recommendation letters, Physical Examination Form for Foreigners, and HSK certificate if available.
