Coverage/Benefits
Full scholarship covers tuition fee remission, basic textbook fee, free on-campus accommodation or a ¥10,000/year accommodation subsidy, a basic living allowance of ¥1,500/month, and comprehensive medical insurance for international students. Partial scholarships are also available: ¥30,000 for one academic year for undergraduate or postgraduate students. Airfare and settlement allowance are not covered.
Eligibility
Open to international students applying for bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral programmes. Age limits: ≤30 years old for bachelor’s, ≤35 for master’s, ≤40 for doctoral applicants. Applicants must abide by Chinese laws, meet the university’s admission requirements, have good academic records, and not hold other Chinese government or organisational scholarships.
Language Requirements
For Chinese-taught programmes: HSK Level 5 or above. For English-taught programmes: native English speaker, one year of study in an English-speaking country, or IELTS ≥6 / TOEFL ≥70.
