Eligibility
Applicants must hold foreign nationality and a valid foreign passport, be in good health, abide by Chinese laws and university regulations, have appropriate Chinese language proficiency (e.g., HSK Level 4), demonstrate excellent academic performance, and not have received any Chinese government scholarship.
Application
Applications are accepted annually from January 1 to March 30. Applicants submit paper materials directly to the College of International Education.

Required documents include the scholarship application form, notarised final academic qualification certificate, school-issued academic transcripts, proof of prior university-level scholarship award, photocopy of passport, one-year valid health certificate, and a letter of recommendation.
