Overview

Eligibility
Open to non-Chinese nationals pursuing doctoral studies or enrolled as advanced candidates in a foreign university’s doctoral programme. Doctoral students require HSK 6 (≥210 points); advanced candidates require HSK 3 or above. Applicants must have a master’s degree or be fresh master’s graduates.
Application
Applicants submit materials to both the host university and the Language Cooperation Center (LCC). The process includes university preliminary review, LCC expert evaluation, and video interview. Acceptance letters are issued by the university.
