Eligibility
Applicants must be foreign citizens in good physical and mental health, meeting age limits and academic requirements for their chosen level. Undergraduate applicants must hold a high-school graduation certificate and be under 30; master’s applicants require a bachelor’s degree and must be under 35; PhD applicants require prior graduate credentials and must be under 40. Chinese language programme applicants must be enrolled at NPU for at least 10 months. Additional academic thresholds, including GPA cutoffs, may apply per official NPU notices.

Application procedures and deadlines are announced annually by NPU’s International College. Applicants must submit materials through official NPU channels. Selection is competitive and based on academic merit, personal statement, and supporting documents.
