Eligibility

Applications are accepted year-round. Applicants must complete and submit the online Scholarship Application Form via http://iccs.fjnu.edu.cn/. There is no fixed annual deadline.

1. Completed online Application Form for Fujian Foreign Students Scholarship. 2. Notarised highest diploma and academic transcripts. 3. Physical Examination Record for Foreigners (issued by Chinese health and quarantine departments). 4. Study plan (minimum 400 words). 5. Portfolio or related works (for art majors). 6. Legal guardianship documents (for applicants under 18). All submitted documents will not be returned, regardless of application outcome.

- •Applicants for doctoral study must hold a master’s degree and be under 40.
- •Undergraduate applicants require HSK Level 5 (liberal arts) or Level 4 (science); Chinese major applicants have no HSK requirement.
- •Master’s and doctoral applicants require HSK Level 5 (liberal arts) or Level 4 (science).
- •Applicants cannot hold the Chinese Government Scholarship or Fujian Provincial Scholarship concurrently.
