Eligibility
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens aged 18–40, in good physical and mental health, meet Qingdao University’s admission requirements for master’s or doctoral study, and not hold any other scholarship or financial award from Chinese or foreign sources.
Application
Applications are accepted between 15 March and 20 May annually. Selection is competitive. Results are announced within 45 working days of application closure. Recipients enrolled for one year or longer must undergo annual review. Scholarship holders must complete at least 120 hours of volunteer service per academic year.
