Eligibility
Applicants must be foreign nationals aged 18–40, in good health, and meet Qingdao University’s admission standards for master’s or doctoral programmes. They must have excellent academic performance and not hold other scholarships simultaneously. HSK 5 is required for Chinese-medium programmes
Application
Applications must be submitted between 15 March and 20 May each year. Materials include the application form, CV, passport copy, academic certificates and transcripts, HSK 5 or English proficiency proof, two recommendation letters, personal statement, and application fee of RMB 400
