Scholarship of Xi'an Shiyou University

Xi’an Shiyou University offers 70 annual Foreign Freshmen Scholarships for international undergraduate and master’s students. Xi’an Shiyou University awards 70 Foreign Freshmen Scholarships annually to new international students in Chinese- or English-taught undergraduate (2-year) and master’s (3-year) programmes.

Coverage

Three tiers: first prize covers full tuition and accommodation fees; second prize covers full tuition only; third prize covers 50% of tuition fees.

Eligibility

Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health, meeting entry requirements for undergraduate or master’s study.

Applications are submitted online at http://xsyu.edu.cn/lxsgl between 1 March and 30 August, selecting the XSYU scholarship option during admission application.

Documents

Required documents include the online admission form, valid passport, notarised highest diploma, academic transcripts, a study or research plan of at least 500 words, and two recommendation letters (for master’s applicants only).
