SEU President Scholarship
The SEU President Scholarship is offered by Southeast University for international students holding a bachelor’s degree or higher. It has two categories: the first covers full tuition, registration, insurance, learning materials, on-campus accommodation, and a yearly living allowance of at least 20,000 CNY; the second covers only registration, tuition, and insurance.

The SEU President Scholarship is available in two categories for international graduate-level students admitted to Southeast University.
Coverage
Category 1: exemption from registration fee, tuition fee, physical examination insurance, and basic learning materials; free on-campus accommodation; yearly living allowance of at least 20,000 CNY. Category 2: exemption from registration fee, tuition fee, and physical examination insurance; no accommodation or living allowance.
Eligibility
Applicants must be non-PRC citizens, aged 16 or older, in good health, and hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
Application
Submit two hard copies of required documents to the Admission Office, College of International Students, Southeast University, 2 Sipailou, Nanjing 210096. Scanned copies may also be emailed to [email protected].
Documents
Valid passport copy, physical examination record, highest degree certificate, official academic transcript, two recommendation letters, research proposal of at least 800 words, and completed SEU application form.
