Shanghai International Studies University Scholarship

Shanghai International Studies University offers three annual scholarships for self-funded international students enrolled in undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral degree programmes. Class A awards CNY 30,000 per year to one doctoral student; Class B awards CNY 20,000 per year; and Class C awards CNY 5,000 per year. Applicants must be foreign nationals abiding by Chinese law and SISU regulations, maintain strong academic records, act with integrity, participate in campus activities, and not hold other Chinese government scholarships.

Shanghai International Studies University awards scholarships to outstanding self-funded international students in undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degree programmes across all majors.

Coverage

Class A: CNY 30,000 per year (awarded to one doctoral student). Class B: CNY 20,000 per year. Class C: CNY 5,000 per year. All awards are granted annually.

Application

Applications are accepted annually in October. Applicants submit materials directly to the Office of International Student Affairs.
