Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education and co-built with the Shanghai Municipality. It offers undergraduate admissions for international students under its Regular Batch program for 2025.
Coverage/Benefits

Eligibility
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens holding a valid foreign passport, have graduated from high school or hold equivalent qualifications, and comply with Chinese regulations on international student admissions. The scholarship is open to bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral, and language program students.
Application
Application period is from February 15 to March 1, 2025 (Beijing time). All applicants must take the SJTU International Undergraduate Admission Test, comprising a written examination (March 22–23, 2025) and an online interview based on written test results.

Applicants must provide proof of language proficiency: for Chinese-taught programs, HSK level 5 (≥200, writing ≥60) or HSK level 6 (≥180, writing ≥60); for English-taught programs, TOEFL or IELTS scores, or documentation confirming native English proficiency.
