SHUTCM Good Student Scholarship
The SHUTCM Good Student Scholarship is awarded by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to full-time self-supported international degree students registered with its International Education College. It offers special prizes and tiered study awards based on academic performance. Recipients of Shanghai government Class A/B scholarships or the '201 funds' are not eligible. Applications open each September.

Overview
The scholarship rewards full-time self-supported international students pursuing academic degrees at Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine’s International Education College.
Coverage
Two special prizes of RMB 28,000. Study awards: one first prize (RMB 6,000), two second prizes (RMB 5,000 each), and three third prizes (RMB 4,000 each). Six award winners are selected from each of grades 1–4 of graduate programs.
Eligibility
Applicants must be full-time self-supported international degree students registered with the International Education College. Special prize candidates must earn over 90% of required and elective credits for the year, rank first in college GPA, pass all courses, and maintain a GPA of at least 3.3; Chinese- and English-taught classes are evaluated separately. Study award candidates must earn over 90% of credits, rank 1st–6th in grade GPA, pass all courses, and maintain a GPA of at least 2.8. Transfer students may only use SHUTCM course scores and must complete at least 80% of that year’s prescribed courses to qualify.
Application
Applications are accepted each September. The college calculates GPAs and notifies eligible students; applications are submitted to the International Student Department for review and university approval. Winners are publicly announced.
