SHUTCM offers Shanghai Government Scholarships to outstanding international students enrolled in full-time degree programmes at the university, in alignment with Shanghai’s medium- and long-term education development plans.
Eligibility
Applicants must meet SHUTCM’s international admission standards and the published academic and age requirements for their intended level of study.
Application
Applications must be submitted online at www.study-shanghai.org. The application window is generally open from February to April each year. Late or incomplete applications are not accepted.
Renewal
Scholarship recipients undergo annual appraisal based on academic performance, attendance, conduct, learning attitude, and any rewards or penalties. Results are reported to the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission for renewal decisions.
