Southeast University Presidential Scholarship
The Southeast University Presidential Scholarship has two categories. Category I covers application fee, tuition, book fee, accommodation, medical insurance, and provides a minimum annual living allowance of $20,000; it is available only to doctoral applicants and exceptionally outstanding master’s applicants. Category III waives application fee, tuition, and medical insurance but offers no living or accommodation allowance and is open to all graduate applicants.

Overview
The scholarship comprises two categories for international students applying to Southeast University.
Coverage/Benefits
Category I covers application fee, tuition fee, book fee, accommodation fee, and medical insurance fee, plus an annual living allowance of at least $20,000. Category III covers application fee, tuition fee, and medical insurance fee only. Neither category covers airfare or settlement allowance.
Eligibility
Applicants must be foreign nationals aged over 16 years, in good health, and hold a bachelor’s degree or above.
Application
Applications are accepted from December 1 to May 30. Applicants must send two copies of required materials to the Admissions Office, College of Overseas Education, Southeast University, and email them to [email protected].
Documents
Required documents include a passport copy, medical examination form, highest degree certificate, transcripts, two letters of recommendation, a research plan (≥800 words), and the Southeast University international student application form.
