Eligibility

Applicants must be foreign nationals in good physical and legal standing, with no criminal record. Age limits are ≤30 for undergraduate, ≤35 for master’s, and ≤40 for doctoral applicants. Undergraduate applicants require ≥75% average across three years of high school; master’s and doctoral applicants require GPA ≥3.0 in their most recent academic year.

Application

Applicants must submit materials by 30 April. Candidates are selected based on merit and recommended by the university to the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education for final approval.

Undergraduate applicants must submit: admission application materials, scholarship application form, letters of recommendation (principal and teacher), and a personal written statement regarding willingness to become self-financed if unsuccessful. Graduate applicants must submit admission materials, scholarship application form, and a similar personal statement.
