Specialized Scholarships of ZUST
Zhejiang University of Science and Technology (ZUST) Specialized Scholarships reward self-funded international Chinese language students for achievements in diligent study, social service, arts or sports excellence or participation, and potential talent. Awards range from RMB 100 to RMB 2,000 depending on category and contest level. Diligent Study awards RMB 500 to up to 10% of eligible students. Eligibility
Applicants must be registered self-funded international Chinese language students. Diligent Study requires all course finals ≥ 85 and absences ≤ 30 teaching periods; recipients cannot hold the Outstanding Chinese Language Scholarship in the same term. Social Service requires good character and a key post in student associations with university-recognised campus service. Arts/Sports Excellence requires prizes in national, provincial, or university contests; Participation requires active involvement in contests at those levels. Potential Talent requires final-term evaluation improvement of ≥ 25 points versus prior term, or outstanding performance in a given field.
Application
Evaluation occurs every term. Applications must be submitted before 30 June or 10 January. The International Student Affairs Centre (ISAC) announces candidates at term end.
