The Wuyi University Scholarship for Foreign Students is open to international students planning to study at or currently enrolled in Wuyi University.

Coverage/Benefits

The Full Scholarship covers tuition (14,000 RMB/year), accommodation (1,300 RMB/year), enrollment fee (200 RMB), registration fee (200 RMB), and a monthly living allowance of 1,000 RMB. The First Class Scholarship covers tuition, accommodation, enrollment, and registration fees. The Second Class Scholarship covers tuition only. Airfare, health insurance, and settlement allowance are not covered.

Application

Applications are accepted during March–June and September–December each year. The scholarship must be renewed annually, and recipients must submit documents at the end of each semester to the Office of the College of Overseas Education.

Required documents include a photocopy of the passport; completed scholarship and admission application forms; highest education and graduation certificates; the "Record of Foreigner's Physical Examination"; a study or research plan (minimum 400 words, in Chinese or English); and at least one recommendation letter (in Chinese or English).
