Launched in 2010, BNBU's English-taught Applied Translation Studies programme trains bilingual professionals in translation and interpreting for China's market needs, aligned with Hong Kong Baptist University degree standards. Teaching is student-centred and practice-oriented. Graduates aim at bilingual practitioner roles across translation and interpreting settings.

BNBU's English-taught Chinese Culture and Global Communication programme combines communicative arts, media studies, classical studies, and cultural studies. Students build critical thinking with practical communication skills, linking historical insight to contemporary and global contexts. The pathway fosters long-term engagement with China's role in the world.

The English-taught BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature Studies at BNBU builds a strong English foundation with optional concentrations in Professional Communication, Literary Studies, or related specialisms. The degree prepares graduates for internationally oriented careers that demand intercultural fluency. Language, literature, and professional communication skills are developed together.

Bachelor's in Translation at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen is an English-taught undergraduate degree for international students. Study builds bilingual ability in English and Chinese for translation, interpreting, and cross-cultural work. Coursework engages contemporary social topics and uses language labs plus computer-assisted translation tools, with practical training and international exchange options.
