Southeast University offers the Jiangsu Provincial Government / Jasmine Scholarship to non-Chinese international students. Full scholarships waive tuition, registration, laboratory experiment, internship, and basic textbook fees, and provide free on-campus dormitory accommodation. Partial scholarships are CNY 30,000 per academic year for undergraduate or postgraduate students, or CNY 2,000 per month for 3–12 months for non-degree or exchange students.

Eligibility
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health, meet age and academic requirements for their intended level, and comply with PRC laws and Southeast University’s admission policies.

Applicants must apply through Southeast University’s official scholarship portal during the annual application window, following instructions in the Jasmine Scholarship announcement published on SEU’s International Students Office website.

Required documents include: passport photo page; highest diploma or degree certificate (notarised if required) or current enrolment certificate; language proficiency certificate; and any supplementary documents listed in SEU’s annual Jasmine Scholarship checklist.
